التقينا برئيس مجلس الخدمة الاتحادي، الأستاذ محي مرتضى القزويني، وأعضاء المجلس، واستمعنا منهم إلى شرحٍ مفصّلٍ عن عمل المجلس والتحديات التي يواجهها.وأكدنا أهمية هذا المجلس في الدولة العراقية، لما يقدّمه من فرصٍ في دعم النظام الإداري فيها.كما شدّدنا على أهمية العمل لاستثمار فرص العمل المتاحة، وفق معايير ثابتة تضمن التنافس الشفاف، ومنح المستحقين حقوقهم على أساس من العدالة والكفاءة.ودعونا إلى رعاية حملة الشهادات، وتوظيفهم في المواقع التي تتيح لهم الإبداع واستثمار تحصيلهم الأكاديمي.كما دعونا إلى التحرك نحو القطاع الخاص، واستثمار قانون العمل الذي يتيح للعاملين فيه الحصول على مستحقاتهم التقاعدية.وأشارنا إلى ضرورة دعم وتمكين مجلس الخدمة الاتحادي، من خلال التشريعات المناسبة والتعاون البنّاء مع السلطة التنفيذية.We met with the President of the Federal Service Council, Mr. Mohiyi Murtada Al-Qazwini, and members of the Council, where we were briefed in detail on the Council’s functions and the key challenges it faces.We reaffirmed the Council’s vital role in the Iraqi state, particularly on what it offers in terms of opportunities to support the administrative system.We also stressed the need to capitalize on available employment opportunities based on consistent standards that ensure transparency in competition and guarantee rightful access to opportunities based on fairness and competence.We called for the support of degree holders by placing them in roles that allow them to innovate and make use of their academic expertise.Moreover, we emphasized the importance of engaging with the private sector and leveraging the labor law, which grants private-sector employees access to retirement benefits.Lastly, we underscored the importance of strengthening the Federal Service Council through proper legislation and effective cooperation with the executive branch.
