بمناسبة اليوم الدولي للشباب، نجدد اعتزازنا وفخرنا بهذه الشريحة الحيوية التي تمثل الحاضر والمستقبل، وعصب التنمية والبناء في وطننا العزيز.نؤكد مجددًا أن الشباب هم الثروة الحقيقية التي يجب الاستثمار فيها، من خلال توفير فرص التعليم، والتأهيل، والعمل، وتمكينهم من المشاركة الفاعلة في صياغة القرارات ورسم السياسات.وإذ نحتفي بهذه المناسبة، فإننا نشدد على ضرورة حماية شبابنا من أخطار وآفات المخدرات، والإرهاب، وعصابات الجريمة المنظمة، وذلك عبر سنّ القوانين الرادعة، وتكثيف برامج التوعية، وتعزيز دور الأسرة، والمدرسة، والمؤسسات الثقافية والإعلامية في ترسيخ القيم الوطنية والأخلاقية.كما ندعو الجهات المعنية إلى إطلاق مشاريع شبابية تنموية، وثقافية، ورياضية، تسهم في احتضان طاقاتهم الإبداعية، وتوجيهها نحو ما يخدم المجتمع، ويحصنهم من الأفكار الهدامة والانحرافات السلوكية.إن تمكين الشباب ليس خيارًا، بل هو واجب وطني ومسؤولية مشتركة بين الدولة والمجتمع. وبهم نبني عراقًا قويًا، مزدهرًا، وآمنًا للجميع.

On International Youth Day, we renew our pride in and admiration for this dynamic group, which embodies both the present and the future and stands as the driving force behind development and progress in our cherished homeland. We emphasize once again that youth are our greatest asset—one that must be cultivated by providing access to education, training, and employment, while empowering them to play an active role in shaping decisions and policies. As we mark this occasion, we stress the importance of safeguarding our young people from the perils of drugs, terrorism, and organized crime by enacting firm legislation, expanding awareness programs, and reinforcing the role of families, schools, and cultural and media institutions in promoting national and ethical values.Moreover, we urge the relevant bodies to initiate developmental, cultural, and athletic projects that embrace the creative potential of youth, directing it toward serving society and protecting them from destructive ideas and harmful behaviors. Empowering youth is not merely an option—it is a national obligation and a shared responsibility between the state and its citizens. Together, we can build a strong, prosperous, and secure Iraq for all.
