سماحة السيد الحكيم يستقبل رئيس الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني

استقبل سماحة السيد الحكيم رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، رئيس الاتحاد الوطني الكردستاني الأستاذ بافل طالباني، وبحث معه تطورات المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة، حيث شدد سماحته على أهمية الحوار والتفاهم لحل الإشكالات العالقة.
ودعا سماحته إلى مواجهة التحديات بمزيد من اللحمة الوطنية والتماسك الداخلي، مشدداً على ضرورة حفظ المنجزات الأمنية والاجتماعية، واستثمار التحديات بتحويلها إلى فرص وقصة نجاح، عادّاً التحدي الاقتصادي على رأس التحديات نتيجة أحداث المنطقة وتأثر العراق بها.
وشدد السيد الحكيم على التمسك بمنهج العراق المنفتح على المحيط الإقليمي والدولي، داعياً إلى إنهاء الصراع في المنطقة واستعادة الاستقرار، مجدداً دعمه لجهود الحكومة العراقية في مكافحة الفساد، فضلاً عن دعمها في مسارها الإصلاحي والتنموي.
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received Mr. Bafil Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, and discussed with him developments in the political landscape in Iraq and the region, where H.E. stressed the importance of dialogue and understanding in resolving outstanding issues.
H.E. called for confronting these challenges with greater national cohesion and internal solidarity, stressing the need to preserve security and social achievements, and to invest in these challenges by turning them into opportunities and a success story, considering the economic challenge to be foremost among them as a result of regional events and Iraq’s exposure to their effects.
H.E. Sayyid Al-Hakeem stressed adherence to Iraq’s approach of openness toward its regional and international surroundings, calling for an end to the conflict in the region and the restoration of stability, and reaffirming his support for the Iraqi government’s efforts in combating corruption, as well as its support for its reform and development path.
