سماحة السيد الحكيم يستقبل رئيس الوزراء الأسبق السيد عادل عبد المهدي

استقبل سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، في مكتبه ببغداد، رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأسبق السيد عادل عبد المهدي، وبحث معه مستجدات الوضع السياسي في العراق والمنطقة، ومرحلة ما بعد انتهاء مهام التحالف الدولي لمحاربة داعش.

ودعا سماحته إلى مواجهة التحديات بمزيد من التماسك والوحدة الوطنية، وإطلاق رسائل التطمين بين مكونات الشعب العراقي.

وبين السيد الحكيم طبيعة التحديات الاقتصادية التي تواجه العراق نتيجة أحداث المنطقة، داعيا إلى اعتماد معالجات آنية ومرحلية، إلى جانب معالجات استراتيجية تمكّن العراق من مغادرة نهج الدولة الريعية، وتنويع الاقتصاد، وتحفيز القطاعات الإنتاجية، وتعزيز دور القطاع الخاص.

His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received former Prime Minister Mr. Adil Abdul-Mahdi at His office in Baghdad, and discussed with him the latest developments in the political situation in Iraq and the region, and the phase following the end of the mission of the International Coalition to Combat ISIS.

H.E. called for confronting challenges with greater cohesion and national unity, and for sending messages of reassurance among the components of the Iraqi people.

H.E. outlined the nature of the economic challenges facing Iraq as a result of regional events, calling for the adoption of immediate and interim measures, alongside strategic measures that would enable Iraq to move beyond the rentier state model, diversify the economy, stimulate productive sectors, and strengthen the role of the private sector.
