استقبل سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، في مكتبه ببغداد، رئيس مجلس الوزراء السابق٫ ورئيس ائتلاف الإعمار والتنمية الأستاذ محمد شياع السوداني.
وجرى خلال اللقاء نقاش معمّق حول مستجدات الوضع السياسي في العراق، وجهود الحكومة في إصلاح الواقع الاقتصادي وتجاوز الأزمة المالية.
وشدّد سماحته على ضرورة إيجاد المعالجات اللازمة بما يضمن استمرار الحكومة في الإيفاء بالتزاماتها تجاه النفقات الحاكمة، داعياً إلى تفهُّم ظروف المرحلة وتداعيات الحرب الدائرة في المنطقة على العراق.
كما شدّد سماحة السيد الحكيم على ضرورة استكمال الكابينة الحكومية، ودعا الكتل السياسية إلى مزيد من الحوارات البنّاءة لتحقيق الهدف المنشود.
وفي ختام اللقاء، جدّد سماحته تأييده لحصر السلاح بيد الدولة، مُثمِّناً موقف الفصائل المستجيبة لهذا التوجه، ومؤكداً أهمية الحفاظ على الاستقرار المتحقق والمضي قُدُماً نحو التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة.
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, received former Prime Minister and Head of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, Mr. Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani, at his office in Baghdad. The meeting featured an in-depth discussion on the latest developments in Iraq's political landscape, as well as the government's efforts to reform the economic reality and overcome the financial crisis.
H.E. emphasized the necessity of finding the required remedies to ensure the government's continued fulfillment of its obligations toward sovereign expenditures, calling for an understanding of the current phase's circumstances and the repercussions of the ongoing regional war on Iraq.
H.E. Sayyid Al-Hakeem further stressed the importance of completing the government cabinet, urging political blocs to engage in further constructive dialogues in order to achieve the desired goal.
At the conclusion of the meeting, H.E. reaffirmed his support for consolidating weapons under state authority, commending the stance of the factions that have responded to this direction, and underscoring the importance of preserving the stability that has been achieved and pressing forward toward comprehensive and sustainable development.
