استقبل سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، في مكتبه مساء اليوم، مستشار الأمن القومي الأستاذ قاسم العبودي، مُرحِّباً به في مهامه الجديدة ومتمنياً له التوفيق والنجاح.
وتناول اللقاء جملةً من الملفات الأمنية والاستراتيجية، إذ أكد سماحته على أهمية صون الاستقرار الأمني المتحقق وتعزيزه، والمضيّ في ملاحقة فلول الإرهاب واستئصال خلاياه، وعدم إتاحة أي فرصة لالتقاط أنفاسه أو إعادة تنظيم صفوفه.
وفي سياق تطوير المنظومة الأمنية، شدد سماحته على أهمية تبنّي الحوكمة الرشيدة والأتمتة في العمل الأمني، مشيراً إلى أن تقليص الاعتماد على الجهد البشري وتعويضه بالتقنية يرفع من جودة الأداء ويختصر الوقت والكلفة، كما دعا مستشارية الأمن القومي إلى الاضطلاع بدور بحثي استراتيجي متكامل من خلال إعداد الدراسات والبحوث الأمنية بالتنسيق مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية المتخصصة.
وأولى سماحته اهتماماً بالغاً لملفَّي الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني، مؤكداً ضرورة الاستثمار في الكليات والأقسام الأكاديمية المعنية بهذه التخصصات، ومنوّهاً إلى أن التكنولوجيا الحديثة باتت ركيزةً أساسية لتعزيز مصادر الدخل الوطني وصون الأمن في آنٍ واحد.
وختاماً، أكد سماحته على أهمية تفعيل التعاون مع دول الجوار والمجتمع الدولي في ملف تسليم المطلوبين وتبادل الخبرات في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب.

The meeting addressed several security and strategic files, as H.E. affirmed the importance of preserving and reinforcing the security stability achieved, continuing to pursue terrorist remnants and eliminate their cells, and denying them any opportunity to regroup or reorganize their ranks.
In the context of developing the security apparatus, H.E. stressed the importance of adopting good governance and automation in security work, noting that reducing reliance on human effort and replacing it with technology enhances performance quality and reduces time and cost. H.E. also called on the National Security Advisory to undertake a comprehensive strategic research role by preparing security studies and research in coordination with specialized academic and research institutions.
H.E. paid great attention to the files of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, affirming the necessity of investing in the colleges and academic departments concerned with these specializations, and noting that modern technology has become a fundamental pillar for both enhancing national income sources and preserving security.
In conclusion, H.E. affirmed the importance of activating cooperation with neighboring countries and the international community on the extradition of wanted individuals and the exchange of expertise in counterterrorism.
