سماحة السيد الحكيم يلتقي السفير الروسي لدى العراق

التقى رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم، في مكتبه ببغداد، سعادة سفير روسيا الاتحادية لدى العراق، السيد إلبروس كوتراشيف.

وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث العلاقات الثنائية بين العراق وروسيا الاتحادية، وسبل تعزيزها بما يخدم مصالح البلدين والشعبين الصديقين، إلى جانب استعراض تطورات الواقع السياسي في العراق والمنطقة.

وأكد سماحته أهمية تكثيف الجهود الرامية إلى إبعاد لغة التصعيد عن المنطقة، مشددًا على أن الحوار والتشاور يمثلان الطريق الأمثل للوصول إلى حلول مستدامة بين جميع الأطراف.

وأشار السيد الحكيم إلى أن العراق، من خلال الانتخابات الأخيرة، بعث رسائل واضحة على التعافي، مبينًا أن البلاد تعيش حالة استقرار غير مسبوقة، إلا أن التحدي الحقيقي يكمن في تحويل هذا الاستقرار إلى استقرار دائم، وعدم المجازفة بما تحقق من إنجازات على مختلف المستويات.

كما شدد سماحته على ضرورة مواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية عبر خطط مدروسة ومنهجية، تسهم في تحريك القطاعات الإنتاجية، وتقلل من الاعتماد المفرط على النفط.

وأكد سماحته كذلك أهمية المضي قدمًا في استكمال الاستحقاقات الانتخابية وتشكيل الحكومة، معربًا عن أمله في أن يتمكن مجلس النواب من انتخاب رئيس الجمهورية، بما يتيح المضي قدمًا في تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة.

His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, met in H.E. office in Baghdad on Tuesday morning, 27 January 2026, H.E. the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Iraq, Mr. Elbrus Kutrashev.

The meeting addressed bilateral relations between Iraq and Russia and ways to strengthen them in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples, in addition to reviewing the latest political developments in Iraq and the region.

H.E. stressed the need to intensify efforts to keep the region away from escalation, affirming that dialogue and consultation remain the most effective means of reaching sustainable solutions among all parties.

H.E. noted that Iraq, through the recent elections, has sent clear signals of recovery and is experiencing an unprecedented level of stability; however, the key challenge lies in consolidating this stability into a lasting one and avoiding any risk to the achievements made across various sectors.

H.E. also emphasized the importance of addressing the economic crisis through well-planned and systematic strategies that help activate productive sectors and reduce overreliance on oil.

H.E. further underlined the necessity of moving forward with completing the remaining electoral processes and forming the government, expressing hope that the Parliament will succeed in electing a President of the Republic, paving the way for the formation of the new government.
