سماحة السيد الحكيم يؤكد للسفير الكوري الجنوبي أهمية الاستفادة المتبادلة من تجارب البلدين
التقى رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم في مكتبه ببغداد، سعادة سفير جمهورية كوريا الجنوبية السيد لي جونيل.
وجرى خلال اللقاء تبادل وجهات النظر حول العلاقات الثنائية بين بغداد وسيول وسبل تطويرها بما يخدم مصالح البلدين والشعبين الصديقين.
وأكد سماحته أهمية الاستفادة المتبادلة من التجارب الناجحة في البلدين، مشيرًا إلى أن العراق يعيش حالة استقرار غير مسبوقة على المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأمنية، وقد تُوِّج هذا الاستقرار بإجراء الانتخابات البرلمانية الأخيرة ونسب المشاركة العالية.
وشدد سماحته على المضي في استكمال الاستحقاقات وفق التوقيتات الدستورية المنصوص عليها، مؤكدًا أن العراق منفتح على الجميع بما يضمن مصالحه الوطنية ويعزز شراكاته البناءة مع دول المنطقة والعالم.
وبيّن سماحته أن للعراق دورًا مهمًا في دعم الاستقرار الإقليمي، بما يمكّن دول المنطقة من الاستفادة من خيراتها ومواردها الطبيعية.
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received at His office in Baghdad, His Excellency Mr. Lee Jun-il, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Iraq, where they discussed the state of relations between Baghdad and Seoul and avenues to strengthen cooperation in ways that advance the interests of both nations and their friendly peoples.
H.E. affirmed the importance of drawing on the successful experiences of both countries, pointing out that Iraq is witnessing an unprecedented level of stability across political, economic, social, and security spheres, a momentum reinforced by the recent parliamentary elections and strong voter participation.
H.E. reaffirmed the commitment to completing remaining constitutional obligations in line with established timelines, stressing that Iraq remains open to engagement while safeguarding national interests and expanding constructive partnerships regionally and internationally.
H.E. further noted Iraq’s pivotal role in bolstering regional stability, enabling neighboring countries to make optimal use of their resources and natural wealth.
