التقى سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية زعيم تيار الحكمة الوطني، جمعاً من القيادات التنظيمية لتيار الحكمة الوطني في محافظة النجف الأشرف.
وأوضح سماحته طبيعة الترابط بين الاستهداف والتأثير، فكلما كان الإنسان مؤثراً أكثر صار مستهدَفاً أكثر، وهي معادلة لا يُستثنى منها أحد، داعياً إلى الإيمان بمشروع الحكمة والتعرف عليه والتمسك به والتعريف به، ومشدداً على الجهر بالهوية التيارية وجعلها محط اعتزاز وافتخار، ومؤكداً أهمية الانتقال من مرحلة الانتشار إلى مرحلة التأثير، كلٌّ بحسب إمكانياته وما يفرضه على نفسه من التزام أمام المشروع.
ووصف سماحته القيادي الفاعل بالقادر على استنفار إمكانيات فريقه وإخراج أفضل ما لديهم، داعياً إلى التمييز عند مواجهة الاعتراضات بين من التبست عليه الأمور وبين أصحاب الأجندات، مبيّناً أن أغلب من التبست عليهم الأمور كانوا ضحية لحملات الاستهداف والتشويش، ومشدداً على خدمة الناس والتواصل معهم.
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, head of the National State Powers’ Alliance and leader of Al-Hikma National Movement, met with a group of organizational leaders of Al-Hikma National Movement in the holy province of Najaf. H.E. commended their role in championing the project of Shaheed Al-Mihrab, the Ambassador of the Religious Authority, and Aziz Al-Iraq (may Allah sanctify their souls), describing it as a message-bearing project, and calling upon them to emulate the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him and his household, in his methodology, patience, striving, and forbearance in the face of campaigns of targeting, defamation, and attempts to undermine his project.
His Eminence clarified the nature of the relationship between being targeted and being influential, noting that the more influential a person is, the more they become a target — an equation from which no one is exempt. H.E. called for belief in Al-Hikma’s project, familiarity with it, adherence to it, and advocacy for it. H.E. further emphasized the importance of openly declaring one's affiliation with the Movement and making it a source of pride and honor, and stressed the importance of transitioning from a phase of outreach to a phase of impact, each according to their own capacities and the level of commitment they impose upon themselves toward the project.
His Eminence described the effective leader as one who is capable of mobilizing their team's capabilities and drawing out the best in them. H.E called for distinguishing, when confronted with objections, between those who are genuinely confused and those with agendas, noting that most of those who are confused have fallen victim to campaigns of targeting and misinformation. H.E further stressed the importance of serving the people and maintaining close communication with them.
