التقى سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، مساء اليوم، دولة رئيس الوزراء الأستاذ علي فالح الزيدي، وبحث الجانبان جملة من القضايا السياسية والخدمية، إلى جانب مستجدات الأوضاع على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي.
وشدد سماحته على ضرورة الإسراع في استكمال التشكيلة الحكومية من خلال تسمية الوزراء للحقائب الشاغرة، مع التأكيد على اعتماد معايير الكفاءة والخبرة في اختيار الشخصيات القادرة على إدارة المؤسسات الحكومية وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين.
وأكد سماحته أن المرحلة الحالية تستدعي التركيز على الأولويات الأساسية، وفي مقدمتها معالجة التحديات الاقتصادية، عبر تنويع منافذ تصدير النفط العراقي، وتنشيط القطاعات الإنتاجية كالزراعة والصناعة والسياحة والاستثمار والتكنولوجيا الحديثة، فضلاً عن معالجة البيروقراطية الإدارية التي تعيق عملية التنمية والتطوير.
وفي ملف العلاقات الخارجية، دعا سماحته إلى ترسيخ علاقات العراق مع دول المنطقة والعالم على أساس المصالح المشتركة واحترام سيادة البلاد، مشيراً إلى أهمية توظيف الدعمين الإقليمي والدولي للحكومة بما ينعكس إيجاباً على واقع المواطنين والخدمات المقدمة لهم.
كما جدد سماحته دعوته إلى تعزيز دور الحكومات المحلية وتمكينها من ممارسة صلاحياتها الدستورية والقانونية، باعتبارها الجهة الأقرب إلى المواطنين والأكثر تماساً مع احتياجاتهم الخدمية والمعيشية.
وفي ما يخص التطورات الإقليمية، أكد سماحته ضرورة العمل على احلال السلام في المنطقة بشكل دائم، داعياً دول المنطقة إلى اعتماد الحوار والتفاهم سبيلاً لمعالجة الأزمات ومنع المزيد من التصعيد.
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, met this evening with His Excellency Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi, where both sides discussed several political and service-related issues, in addition to the latest developments at the domestic and regional levels.
H.E. stressed the necessity of expediting the completion of the cabinet by appointing ministers to vacant portfolios, while emphasizing the adoption of competence and experience as criteria in selecting figures capable of managing government institutions and meeting citizens' needs.
H.E. affirmed that the current phase calls for a focus on fundamental priorities, foremost among them addressing economic challenges through diversifying Iraqi oil export outlets, revitalizing productive sectors such as agriculture, industry, tourism, investment, and modern technology, as well as tackling the administrative bureaucracy that impedes development and progress.
On the file of foreign relations, H.E. called for consolidating Iraq's relations with countries of the region and the world based on mutual interests and respect for the country's sovereignty, pointing to the importance of leveraging regional and international support for the government in ways that positively reflect on citizens' lives and the services provided to them.
H.E. also renewed His call to strengthen the role of local governments and empower them to exercise their constitutional and legal powers, as they are the entities closest to citizens and most directly connected to their service and livelihood needs.
Regarding regional developments, H.E. affirmed the necessity of working toward the establishment of lasting peace in the region, calling on regional countries to adopt dialogue and mutual understanding as the path to resolving crises and preventing further escalation.
