سماحة السيد الحكيم يلتقي وفد المكتب السياسي لائتلاف الإعمار والتنمية

التقى سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، بمكتبه في بغداد، وفد المكتب السياسي لائتلاف الإعمار والتنمية برئاسة الأستاذ حيدر الفوادي.
وبحث سماحته مع الوفد تطورات المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة، حيث أكد سماحته أهمية تضافر الجهود لتجاوز التحديات المحدقة بالعراق.
وعدّ سماحته التحدي الاقتصادي على رأس التحديات التي تواجه العراق، مبيناً أهمية الاستفادة منه بتحويله إلى فرصة للتخلص من الدولة الريعية وأحادية الدخل، والذهاب نحو تنويع الاقتصاد وتنويع منافذ التصدير عبر شبكة أنابيب نحو البحر الأحمر والمتوسط.
كما جدد سماحته دعمه لمكافحة الفساد، مع أهمية التركيز على الملفات الكبيرة، عادّاً حصر السلاح بيد الدولة مطلباً دستورياً وقانونياً، ومبيناً أهمية حل الإشكالات العالقة عبر الحوار والتفاهم الوطني.
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received at his office in Baghdad a delegation from the Political Bureau of the Reconstruction and Development Coalition, headed by Mr. Haider Al-Fawadi, and discussed with them developments in the political scene in Iraq and the region. H.E. affirmed the importance of joining efforts to overcome the challenges facing Iraq.
H.E. considered the economic challenge to be foremost among the challenges facing Iraq, noting the importance of leveraging it as an opportunity to break free from the rentier, single-income state model and move toward diversifying the economy and export outlets through a pipeline network to the Red Sea and the Mediterranean.
H.E. also renewed his support for combating corruption, stressing the importance of focusing on major cases, considering the restriction of weapons to the state a constitutional and legal requirement, and noting the importance of resolving outstanding issues through dialogue and national understanding.
