في الاجتماع الدوري لهيأة الرأي، عدّ سماحة السيد الحكيم، رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية، زعيم تيار الحكمة الوطني، الثلاثين من أيلول يومًا مهمًا في تاريخ العراق، لاستعادة السيادة، ودليلًا على تعافي العراق، من خلال إنهاء مهام التحالف الدولي لمواجهة داعش.
سماحته دعا إلى تحمّل المسؤولية تجاه استحقاقات المرحلة، مثمنًا جميع الجهود التي أسهمت في تحقيق الانتصار النهائي على داعش الإرهابي، ومشددًا على ضرورة تثمين جهود الفصائل في مواجهة الإرهاب، مع أهمية حل مشكلة السلاح خارج إطار الدولة عبر الحوار والتفاهم، وتغليب مصلحة العراق على المصالح الخاصة. مبينًا أهمية شمول الجميع ممن تنطبق عليهم مشكلة وجود السلاح خارج إطار الدولة، وصولًا إلى تحقيق السيادة الكاملة.
سماحته أشار إلى زيارته إلى جمهورية مصر العربية، مبينًا أهمية مصر في المنظومة العربية والإسلامية، بوصفها دولة ذات إرث حضاري عريق، وتؤدي دورًا مهمًا في استعادة أدوار المنطقة. كما بيّن أهمية انفتاح العراق على محيطه الإقليمي والدولي، بما يحفظ مصالح العراق وسيادته.
سماحته أكد أهمية استكمال الكابينة الحكومية، مبينًا أن ذلك سيمكّن الحكومة من تنفيذ برنامجها الخدمي والتنموي والاقتصادي، داعيًا أبناء تيار الحكمة الوطني إلى إدامة التواصل مع الجمهور. مؤكدًا أن زياراته إلى محافظات إقليم كردستان والمحافظات الغربية ذات طابع اجتماعي، تعزز الترابط بين أبناء الوطن الواحد، وتقرّب وجهات النظر.
In the periodic meeting of the Board of Opinion (Hay'at Al-Ra'i), His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance and Leader of Al-Hikma National Movement, considered September 30 an important day in Iraq's history, marking the restoration of sovereignty and evidence of Iraq's recovery, through the conclusion of the International Coalition's mission against ISIS.
H.E. called for shouldering responsibility toward the demands of this stage, commending all the efforts that contributed to achieving the final victory over the terrorist ISIS, and stressing the necessity of valuing the efforts of the factions in confronting terrorism, along with the importance of resolving the issue of weapons outside state authority through dialogue and understanding, and prioritizing Iraq's interest over private interests. H.E. noted the importance of including everyone to whom the issue of weapons outside state authority applies, in order to achieve full sovereignty.
H.E. referred to his visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, noting Egypt's importance within the Arab and Islamic system, as a nation with a long-standing civilizational heritage that plays an important role in restoring the region's standing. H.E. also noted the importance of Iraq's openness to its regional and international surroundings, in a manner that preserves Iraq's interests and sovereignty.
H.E. affirmed the importance of completing the government cabinet, noting that this would enable the government to implement its service, development, and economic program, and called on the members of Al-Hikma National Movement to sustain their engagement with the public. H.E. affirmed that his visits to the governorates of the Kurdistan Region and the western governorates are social in nature, reinforcing bonds among the people of one homeland and bringing viewpoints closer together.
