في اجتماع هياة الرأي.. سماحة السيد الحكيم يدعو لمأسسة الإطار التنسيقي
دعا رئيس تحالف قوى الدولة الوطنية سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم إلى مأسسة الإطار التنسيقي، خلال اجتماع هيأة الرأي لتيار الحكمة الوطني.
وجرى خلال الاجتماع مناقشةُ مستجدات المشهد السياسي في العراق والمنطقة، والتأكيد على ضرورة الحفاظ على الاستقرار المتحقق على المستويات السياسية والاجتماعية والأمنية، مع الدعوة إلى إدامة الجهوزية الأمنية والاستخبارية والعسكرية لمواجهة التحديات المحيطة بالعراق.
وأكد سماحته أهميةَ منح الحكومات المحلية صلاحياتها الدستورية والقانونية، مبيّنًا الدورَ المحوري لهذه الحكومات في تقديم الخدمات، باعتبارها الجهةَ المسؤولةَ بشكلٍ مباشر أمام المواطنين، داعيًا إلى تعزيز التنسيق مع الوزارات المعنية لحسم المشاريع الخدمية.
ودعا سماحته أيضًا إلى العمل على مأسسة الإطار التنسيقي، مؤكدًا أن المأسسة ضرورة لتطوير العمل السياسي، لاسيما وأن الإطار شكّل نموذجًا مهمًا خلال المرحلة الماضية، وكان له دورٌ بارز في تحقيق الاستقرار الحالي.
وفي السياق ذاته، شدّد السيد الحكيم على أهمية الحوارات الجارية لتهدئة الأوضاع وسحب فتيل التصعيد في المنطقة، مؤكدًا أن الحوار هو السبيل الأمثل لمعالجة الإشكالات العالقة، كما دعا إلى تنويع مصادر الدخل في العراق، ومغادرة نموذج الدولة الريعية، مع التأكيد على ضرورة تحريك القطاعات الإنتاجية بما يسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني.
At a meeting of the Opinion Authority of Al-Hikma National Movement, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, welcomed the participants and extended congratulations on the auspicious birth anniversaries of the Pure Imams (peace be upon them), as well as the approaching holy month of Ramadan.
The meeting reviewed the latest political developments in Iraq and the region, and stressed the importance of safeguarding the stability achieved on the political, social, and security fronts, and emphasized the need to sustain security, intelligence, and military preparedness to confront the challenges facing the country.
His Eminence highlighted the necessity of granting local governments their full constitutional and legal powers, pointing to their central role in service delivery as the entities directly accountable to citizens, and called for enhanced coordination with the relevant ministries to finalize and implement service projects.
H.E. also urged efforts to institutionalize the Coordination Framework, noting that this step is vital for advancing political practice, especially since the Framework proved to be a significant model in the previous phase and contributed substantially to the current stability.
In the same context, H.E. emphasized the value of ongoing dialogues aimed at easing tensions and preventing escalation in the region, affirming that dialogue remains the most effective means of resolving outstanding issues. H.E. further called for diversifying Iraq’s sources of income and moving beyond the rentier-state model, while underlining the importance of revitalizing productive sectors to strengthen the national economy.
