الواقع الخدمي في مدينة بغداد والتكامل في الأداء مع الوزارات والحكومة المحلية كان من أبرز ما بحثناه مع السيد أمين بغداد المهندس عمار موسى، حيث شددنا على أهمية إدامة حملة الإعمار والبناء في العاصمة، لا سيّما في المناطق التاريخية والأثرية، كما دعونا إلى استكمال الخدمات في الأحياء الجديدة لتكون صالحة للسكن وتلبّي احتياجات المواطنين.وأكدنا كذلك أهمية التكامل في الأداء بين المؤسسات الخدمية، ممثَّلة بالحكومة المحلية ومشاريع الوزارات، وبيّنا أن العاصمة عانت في السابق من تدهور الوضع الأمني، ما أدى إلى تعطيل تقديم الخدمات في عدد من المناطق.دعونا أيضًا إلى تعزيز التعاون مع الجامعات، والاستفادة من العقول العراقية من خلال الاستشارة في معالجة المشكلات والأزمات، كما شددنا على أهمية إيجاد معالجات جذرية لمشكلات النقل والازدحام المروري، والاتجاه نحو مشاريع استراتيجية في هذا المجال.وأكدنا في السياق ذاته أهمية الأتمتة في مفاصل عمل الأمانة، وقلنا إن دوائر الأمانة على تماس مباشر مع المواطنين، وإن الأتمتة ضرورة لتحسين نوعية الخدمات، وتحقيق الشفافية في الأداء.We met with the Mayor of Baghdad, Engineer Ammar Musa, to discuss the city’s service realities and the need for greater coordination between ministries and the local government. We emphasized the importance of continuing the reconstruction and development efforts across the capital, especially in historical and archaeological areas. We also called for completing essential services in newly established neighborhoods to make them livable and responsive to citizens' needs.We highlighted the necessity of integrated efforts between service institutions—including the local government and ministerial projects—noting that past security challenges in the capital had hindered the delivery of services in several districts.We also urged stronger cooperation with universities and the utilization of Iraqi expertise through consultation to address problems and crises effectively. In addition, we stressed the need for lasting solutions to the city’s transport and traffic congestion issues by moving toward strategic infrastructure projects in this sector.In the same vein, we underlined the importance of digitizing the municipality’s operations, given their direct engagement with citizens. Automation is vital for enhancing service quality and ensuring transparency in administrative performance
