التقينا بسعادة السيد ألبروس كوتراشيف، سفير روسيا الاتحادية في بغداد، وبحثنا سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين بغداد وموسكو، وتبادلنا وجهات النظر حول تطورات الأحداث على الصعيدين العراقي والإقليمي.جددنا رؤيتنا بشأن الأوضاع في العراق وما يشهده من استقرار سياسي وأمني واجتماعي، إضافة إلى التطور العمراني والخدمي والتنموي، كما أكدنا ضرورة تحقيق السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.  كما أشرنا إلى أهمية الانتخابات القادمة، إذ تكمن أهميتها في كونها تؤسس للاستقرار المستدام في العراق وتسهم في ترسيخ الديمقراطية.وشددنا على ضرورة تحقيق الإصلاحات الاقتصادية في العراق عبر تنويع مصادر الدخل، مع التركيز على خماسية الصناعة والزراعة والسياحة والاستثمار والتكنولوجيا.We met with His Excellency Mr. Elbrus Kutrashev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Baghdad, where we explored avenues to strengthen bilateral ties between Baghdad and Moscow and exchanged views on recent developments in Iraq and the broader region.We reaffirmed our view of the current situation in Iraq, emphasizing the country’s political, security, and social stability, alongside its advancements in urban development, services, and overall progress. We also stressed the importance of fostering peace and stability across the region.Additionally, we highlighted the significance of the upcoming elections, noting that they are key to establishing lasting stability in Iraq and deepening the nation’s democratic foundations.We further underlined the urgent need for economic reforms by diversifying Iraq’s sources of income, focusing on five core sectors: industry, agriculture, tourism, investment, and technology.
