التقينا مساء اليوم عددًا من الباحثين في مؤسسة إنكي للدراسات والبحوث، وأشدنا بالجهود البحثية المبذولة في سبيل الوصول إلى الحلول، مؤكدين ضرورة أن تكون هذه البحوث منسجمة مع الأولويات الوطنية، وأن تُفضي إلى حلول قابلة للتطبيق، مع أهمية إيصالها إلى صانع القرار السياسي في العراق.أكدنا كذلك أهمية دراسة مخرجات التعداد السكاني الأخير، والتوقف عند النِّسب والأرقام التي تمخض عنها، لما لها من دلالات مهمة في صياغة السياسات العامة، كما دعونا إلى الانفتاح على بقية المؤسسات والتكامل معها بما يخدم المصلحة العامة ويعزّز الأداء الوطني.وشددنا أيضًا على ضرورة تسليط الضوء على حجم المنجزات المتحققة وطبيعة الاستقرار الذي تشهده البلاد، مجددين التأكيد على رؤيتنا لأهمية الانتخابات المقبلة ودورها المحوري في ترسيخ الاستقرار وتعزيز النظام السياسي.وفي هذا السياق، دعونا إلى مشاركة فاعلة، واعية، وواسعة في الاستحقاق الانتخابي المرتقب، لما له من دور حاسم في رسم ملامح المرحلة المقبلة.

Today’s evening, we met with several researchers at the Enki Foundation for Studies and Research, and commended their dedication to develop meaningful solutions. We underscored the importance of ensuring that these research projects align with national priorities and produce actionable, practical outcomes, while also stressing the need to effectively communicate these findings to Iraq’s political decision-makers.We highlighted the significance of examining the results of the most recent population census, paying close attention to the figures and ratios it came up with, as they carry valuable insights for shaping sound public policies. We also encouraged greater engagement and collaboration with other institutions to advance the public good and strengthen national performance.Moreover, we stressed shedding light on the achievements made and the current state of stability across the country, reaffirming our belief in the crucial role of the upcoming elections in securing long-term stability and reinforcing the political system.In this regard, we urged for active, informed, and broad participation in the upcoming electoral process, recognizing its critical role in shaping the direction of the next phase.
