لقاء كتلة الحكمة في مجالس المحافظات

خلال لقائنا بكتلة الحكمة في مجالس المحافظات، وبعد أن استمعنا منهم إلى شرحٍ مفصلٍ عن الواقع الخدمي والتنموي، وسبل تقديم الخدمات بما يسهم في تعزيز واقع المحافظات وتحقيق تطلعات المواطن العراقي،  جددنا التأكيد على أهمية منح الصلاحيات الدستورية للحكومات المحلية، وضرورة تحريك المشاريع وإكمال تلك التي وصلت إلى نسب إنجاز متقدمة. كما شددنا على أهمية التواصل مع باقي الكتل السياسية بما يسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار السياسي.  بيّنا أن الحكومات المحلية هي حكومات خدمية، ولابد من الإبقاء على هذا الطابع، وأكدنا أيضًا أهمية التواصل مع الجامعات والكفاءات لإيجاد الحلول والمعالجات للإشكاليات القائمة.  كما دعونا إلى الاستعداد للاستحقاقات القادمة، لا سيما الاستحقاق الانتخابي، وجددنا التأكيد على أهمية الممارسة الديمقراطية القادمة، كونها تؤسس للاستقرار المستدام، مما يساهم في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة في البلاد.In our meeting with Al-Hikma bloc in the provincial councils, following their detailed briefing on the service and development landscape and the means to improve services that strengthen provincial conditions and fulfill the aspirations of the Iraqi people, we reaffirmed the need to grant constitutional powers to local governments. We also highlighted the importance of advancing stalled projects and completing those already in advanced stages. We also stressed the value of maintaining communication with other political blocs to reinforce political stability.We pointed out that local governments are fundamentally service-driven and must preserve this role. We further emphasized the need to engage with universities and experts to develop solutions and address ongoing challenges.We called for preparation for the upcoming milestones, particularly the elections, and reiterated the importance of the forthcoming democratic process, as it serves as a cornerstone for sustainable stability and supports comprehensive national development.https://ammaralhakeem.iq
