في مأدبة إفطار جمعتنا بجمعٍ من مهندسي النظافة في العاصمة بغداد، وبحضور السيد أمين بغداد الأستاذ عمار موسى، أشدنا بعطاء هذه الشريحة وإمكاناتها ودورها الحيوي في الحياة، وعبّرنا عن تقديرنا العميق لهم، وبيّنا قيمة العمل والجهد الذي تقدمه هذه الشريحة في خدمة بلدهم وفي الكد على عيالهم.
أكدنا أن رغبة الناس في تقديم الخدمات وجعلها المطلب الأول للمواطن تمثل حالة إيجابية، وهي دليل على مغادرة المواطنين للهواجس الأمنية والاجتماعية والسياسية.دعونا لاستثمار شهر رمضان المبارك باعتباره شهر الدعوة إلى ضيافة الله وحجم العطاء الذي يقدمه الله لعباده في هذا الشهر الفضيل، كما تمنّينا للجميع أن يكونوا من المرحومين لا من المحرومين من بركات هذا الشهر، وأن يعم الأمن والسلام على شعوب المنطقة كافة، وعلى جميع الشعوب العربية والإسلامية و شعوب العالم أجمع.
أوضحنا أن العراق أصبح مرتكزا للاستقرار في المنطقة، حيث إن شعوب المنطقة تتطلع إليه، ودعونا إلى شكر الله على نعمة الاستقرار والبناء والإعمار التي يشهدها الوطن. 
دعونا لإنصاف شريحة مهندسي النظافة ومنحهم حقوقهم، مؤكدين أهمية النظر إلى الممتلكات العامة على أنها ممتلكات خاصة، وذلك من خلال العناية بها والحفاظ عليها والحرص على العمل بجدية وإتقان.
شددنا على أهمية إبراز قصص النجاح وتعميمها لخلق حالة إيجابية عامة تعزز من روح العطاء والعمل.During an Iftar banquet in Baghdad, where we gathered with a group of sanitation engineers in the presence of the Mayor of Baghdad, Mr. Ammar Musa, we recognized this vital workforce's dedication, skills, and essential contributions. We expressed our deep appreciation for their efforts in serving their country and supporting their families, emphasizing the significance of their work.We highlighted that the public’s growing demand for services as a top priority is a positive sign, reflecting a shift away from security, social, and political concerns.We encouraged making the most of the blessed month of Ramadan, a time of divine hospitality and generosity from Allah. We wished for all to be among those who receive mercy rather than those deprived of its blessings hoping for security and peace to prevail throughout the region and across all Arab, Islamic, and global communities.We noted that Iraq has become a cornerstone of regional stability, with neighboring nations looking to it as a model. We stressed the importance of gratitude for the progress, stability, and development the homeland is experiencing.We called for fairness toward sanitation engineers and fulfilling their rights, emphasizing the need to treat public property with the same care as private property by maintaining and preserving it while upholding diligence and excellence in work.Lastly, we underscored the importance of showcasing and promoting success stories to cultivate a positive atmosphere that strengthens the spirit of dedication and service.
