في يوم المهندس العراقي، نجدد التأكيد على أهمية هذه الشريحة في مسيرة التنمية، إذ تساهم بشكلٍ فاعلٍ في التخطيط والتصميم والتنفيذ، وفيما نبارك لبناة الوطن يومهم المجيد، فإننا نحث على إنصافهم ماديًا ومعنويًا، كما ندعو إلى الاستفادة من خبراتهم الكبيرة في المشاريع التي تعتمدها الموازنة في جانبها الخدمي والتنموي.  وفي هذه المناسبة، ندعو أيضًا إلى الاهتمام بالقطاع الخاص، لاستيعاب أكبر عددٍ ممكن من شريحة المهندسين الذين لم يحصلوا على فرصة التعيين في المؤسسات الحكومية.

On Iraqi Engineer Day, we reaffirm the importance of this vital group in driving the nation’s development, as they play an active role in planning, designing, and implementation. While we congratulate the nation’s builders on their glorious day, we also call for fair recognition of their material and moral rights and urge that their vast expertise be fully utilized in the projects funded by the national budget, particularly in the service and development sectors.On this occasion, we also emphasize the need to support the private sector to absorb as many engineers as possible who have not had the opportunity for employment in government institutions.
